What is Down Tuner?

A person who decides its totally awesome to down tune your guitar so he can play this certain song, that he cant actually play, then gives back the untuned guitar.

Down tuner:Hey bro mind if i play?

2:Sure.

*downtunes*

2:Uhh..

Down tuner:hold on lemme play this song...

wait never mind i cant actually play it lol..

*gives back untuned guitar*

2:Damn you!
