Etymology: A derivation on the work "brutal," which became "brutes," then "Beirut" then "Downtown Beirut."
"Downtown Beirut" is "brutal" to a whole new level.
Katie: "I have zero dollars right now. Not only can I not pay my rent but I can't afford my yeast infection medication. My life is brutal"
