A villain from the Dragonball Z OVAPlan to Destroy the Saiyans which was only realesed in Japan. He was the most brillant scientest of the Tsufuru-jin race who was bent on destroying all of the saiyans for destroying his race. He is also the creator of the monster machine Hachihyakku.
