At least one person who brings, creates and drums up drama. Can also be used as an adjective to describe a situation with much drama, tension, etc. Situations where much of the drama and action are fictional or not-so-grounded in reality are particularly perfect for this word.
The situation of a man considering living with three women who are not his girlfriends or wives is best described as "dramarrific".
