Like "belt-fed"; refers to an individual in the military or with a military background who is very regimented in they way they think and do things; there is some truth to the myth that anyone that was or is a Drill Instructor or Drill Sergeant tends to be "by the book" and in some cases even when they are not at work physically they act and think like they are
"That guy sure is 'drilltastic'"
