One -- usually a woman -- who approaches and strikes up a flirtatious exchange with a member of the opposite sex in the hopes of being bought one or more drinks, then abruptly leaves them immediately after the alcohol has been received.
She's got a boyfriend and she's hanging all over that guy at the bar; what a drink whore!
