What is Drirate?

A visous creature that can be refferd to as a dragon pirate. looks like a dragon wearing pirate things like hooks, peg legs, and eye patches. could have glass eye balls as well. breaths fire like a normal dragon and speaks... but only in the pirate tounge with a dragonese accent.
