What is Drive-by Screwdrivering?

The act of throwing a screwdriver from a moving vehicle at a pedestrian along the road in an attempt to injure. Upon impact, promptly point and laugh, and then speed off.
On the way to the mailbox the other day, a car sped past and Luke felt a sudden pain in his leg. He looked down to find a screwdriver at his feet. It appears that Luke had been the unfortunate victim of a drive-by screwdrivering.
