noun (mostly), combination of drift and gizmo. could also be a verb. whatever.
To do with people drifting into your lane of mobility while fiddling with a new gizmo (usually walking, occasionally --with greater consequence-- driving).
That dude is so consumed with his 'berry that he would've drizmoed into me if I hadn't hopped out of the way.
Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica is a major
drizmo zone, especially outside the Apple Store.
