What is Droosy?

The morning after hangover makes one feel drunk and woosy.....for an intoxicated person, it is too hard to put thoughts into words. It is easier to just blur speech.
sober roommate: hurry up
morning after roommate: I have to take it slow, I am still feeling droosy.
