What is Droppling?

The state of the weather when it is not yet drizzling or raining, but there are only a few drops of precipitation; the beginning stages of rain when a person has to stand still to feel the drops fall from the sky.
Jane decided that if the droppling turned into a drizzle, she would have to take her umbrella.
