1. A doo rag or a bandanna on a person's head. The fabric on the persons head is usually tie-dyed or mulit-colored.
2. An actual model of helmet used for protection while riding a motor transport. The model helmet (referred to as a drug helmet)has very small compartments on the under side. The model helmet is sought after by people who use drugs and transport their own personal stash of controlled substances.
