a violent shock to the brain caused by either a singular shot of especially lethal alcohol or intense binge drinking; an alcoholic punch to the base of the brain; can have long-term impact; not to be confused with a hangover

I visited my brother in Portland last week and that drink I had at Teardrop Bar gave me a druncussion.
