What is Drunk Pack?

A pack of cigarettes or cigars where some, or all off the contents have been bent, split, or otherwise made unsmokeable. This usually occurs while drunk, and sleeping in your pants.
"Can i bum a smoke?"
"nah man, this is a straight up drunk pack"
