What is Drunken Special?

A meal with anything and everything on it. Only edible when extremely intoxicated. Usually made with tortilla shells
Ski: Can we go in your kitchen and make a drunken special with the leftovers in the fridge
Me: No dude, my mom will get mad if you eat all of her tortilla shells again.
