To reconcile with somebody while under the influence of alcohol. Resolving a conflict while inebriated.
Guy: 'Dude, me and Ryan hate each other so much, but the other night at that party i totally drunkonciled with him. We're going golfing next week.'
Friend: 'Wow man, that's surprising. Didn't he say he was going to kill you one time?'
Guy: 'Yeah, which is why it's so weird that I made amends with him.'
