What is Drunky Shuffle?

This is the walk that an extremely drunk person does through a bar. Typically it involves almost falling down, and bumping into other patrons.
Usually seen on footage of COPS, when they ask them to walk in a straight line.
Joel drunky shuffled through the bar, and knocked over a waitress... to Paul this was very ammusing.
