When a person receives hot lunch and allow fecal matter to drip down their chin. This will occur more so when the hot lunch being delivered has not yet solidified.
Tony gave Zack hot lunch and Zack wiped the druple off his chin.
Eric had some druple on his chin leftover from his hot lunch that morning, so Matt licked it off.
