What is Dry Drop?

v. When one places a large enough amount of toilet paper into the toilet bowl to soak up all of the water, and then defecates on top of the mound of toilet paper.
This renders the toilet useless, as it cannot be flushed until the contents are removed manually.
That frat party sucked last night, so I dry dropped their upstairs bathroom.
