What is Drycleaning?

When a plate or other item comes out of a dishwasher still dirty, it is possible to further 'clean' the dish with the aid of a towel.
This is done by forcefully wiping the plate and so pushing off the remnants of whatever food still remained.
The pan still had some food on it when the dishwasher had finished, but I didnt have time to re-wash it so I drycleaned it instead.
