What is Dryeballs?

A serious condition of intense dryness of the eyeballs, opposite to Moist-Balls. The dryballee may experience great discomfort of the eyeballs, particularly in windy conditions. It is often a recurring condition, though it can be treated with eye-drops or human tears.
"Hey man, what's with the squint?"
"Oh doood I've got a nasty case of dryeballs"
"Yeah you should get some Murine for those bad boys"
