When one blurts out a particularly offensive and/or stupid comment in a room when the conversation level of the room suddenly drops to nothing.
A mishmash of student voices fills the room. J. Duarte is talking about prisoners getting "fucked by Bubba." Not thinking twice, he continues with the story. Just as the chatter dies down, J. utters, "HUGE BLACK PENIS," shocking the students and teachers alike.
