What is Dubbish?

A combination of the two words dub and rubbish. Used to describe the terrible quality of a dub. Mainly used when referring to anime, foreign language films, and 20-inch rims.

I saw Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon on TV the other day and man, that shit was dubbish.
