Most often pertaining to someone who is overly sexual but in denial about that fact. She is normally better than others at coming up with gross innuendos, but is slow to understand others.
I wen to dinner with Ms. Dublier last night, and I was sooo embarrassed. First she made your mom jokes, and then asked loudly, "What's a brown starfish?"
