1. one who adheres to the movement of dub
2. one who spreads the philosophy of dub
- see also "Dub": a derivation of roots reggae noted for it's general lack of lyrics and driving heartbeat like bass lines; pioneered by trench town (kingston, Jamaica slums) dj's/producers in the 1960s.
From the moment he first heard King Tubby, he became a dubsciple.
