What is Dudley Dursley?

A character in the HP series, Harry's cousin, who is stupid, fat, and a spoiled little brat. Dudley has the nickname Big D to his gang, who are all big and stupid, and the name Duddeykins to his mother. Harry likes to torment Dudley with the threat of magic.
