A generic term for someone who is below par in intellect, yet still retains a sense of superiority. Can often be found doing things with contradictory meanings like encouraging peopel to work while surfing gay porn sites.
Duhan is also a South East London Based Slang Word to describe someone who engages in a fetish for computers. So named after the public school teacher Graham Duhan who was caught one night with his "32 pin adaptor" inserted into his zip drive.
