anyone who buys a jeep, lifts it and buys horrible tires for it because they "look cool" all while having his mom and dad pay for it. Once the crappy tires are installed you must procede to a mudhole in order to splatter mud on the side of the jeep to enhance the "cool look" of said jeep.
