What is Dulchie?

A fast growing breed of Dublin people who are moving out to the culchies ( country folk ) for cheaper and biger houses. Not quite leaving their dublin roots behind and not fully fledged culchies they have been christened dulchies, an abriviation for a dubiln culchie.
Did you hear that Tony just moved to Offaly? Fucking dulchie.....

Dublin people who have moved to the countryside. They are no longer Dublin people ("dubs"), and yet not culchies (country people), and so are Dulchies - a new breed.
