duliakas. a French-Polynesian name, originated in the early 1700's from base word duliakasis, a disease which has been proven to be the leading cause of pussyitis (as British Medical Leaders concur). Not many "Duliakas" left in the world, but 80% of the family tree reside in San Diego, one of the largest areas for "pussies".
