What is Dump Excalibur?

A dump equivalent to the feeling of standing atop a large mountain with a 2 handed sword held with 1 hand pointed at the sky screaming "EXXXCCCAALLIIBBUURR"
In the midst of a Dump Excalibur, I thought I stabbed a seagull with my thought to be real sword, but instead punched the ceiling.
