The act of slowly ingesting quick-crete concrete into your diet for a period of up to a month long without performing a bowel movement, then once concrete has settled for a specific amount of time the clientel may lay down (face up) and excrete a hybrid of half concrete and half defication causing one to propel from the ground in a reverse push up style motion
