What is Dunce Cap?

A tall paper cone traditionally worn on the head of a person who exhibits extreme stupidity or laziness in a classroom.

Named after the Scottish philospher John Duns Scotus (1265 - 1308), considered not too bright by many medieval philosophers who have been forgotten.

This cap was common into the early 20th century, and should be revived today as a means of improving the breed.

Carlisle, the lazy day care brat, should be made to wear a dunce cap, but her soccer mom would sue for sure.
