One who is a dunce of the female orgin. Makes same mistake over and over. shares many traits of a tard. Has unique characteristic of oversensative emotional flair that male conterpart (dunceala) does not possess.
For Gosh sake Jane!!! Every time you do the launry you forget to pick the lint out of the dryer and it almost catches on fire. And then I bring it up to you, and you just start crying and screaming. You are such a Duncealina!
