What is Dungin' Out?

dungin' out, basically means removal of crap, excess baggage, unneccessary clutter, even shit.
1). After years of neglect with golfing paraphernalia, I gave the boot/trunk of my car a good dungin' out last week.
2). I gave the den a good dungin' out at the weekend. Now you can move around in there.
3). I have been constipated for days but I had a good dungin' out this morning. I feel a lot better.
