the state of an individual who keeps a monogamous heterosexual relationship and a monogamous homosexual relationship at the same time.
Kendra is bisexual and has a boyfriend and a girlfriend at the same time.
If Kendra were to break up with her girlfriend, she would not replace that relationship with another boyfriend because she already has a boyfriend.
Likewise, if she were to break up with her boyfriend, she would not replace that relationship with another girlfriend.
Kendra has one monogamous male relationship and one monogamous female relationship, therefore she is duogamous.
