Someone who is very short, has semi-mushroom hair, or always gets his or her food taken by someone else.
A: Hey! I'm a dweilin!
B: What? Did someone say something? Where did that sound come from?
A: I feel sorry for that guy. His food is getting taken away by everyone else.
B: Yup. He's a dweilin.
