Someone who loves to talk about how cool he/she is. Non stop talkin about how good they are at things and always acting like little faggets. Somebody who is named Dweler will eventualy grow up to be a lazy bum and have no one that likes them due to the fact that they love themselves more than anyone.
Person #1: Dude, I'm the best at jumping on Trampolines, no one could ever jump like me, not even you, hell, not even god himself is cooler than i am!
Person #2: You are such a Dweler!
