What is Dyssimia?

To be "Dyssimic" means to have "Social Dyslexia". That is, saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, and not reading the situation you are in at all properly, generally acting like a tool in social situations.
"Man, that gut with a bucket on his head, and a poodle under his left arm has a severe case of Dyssimia. But what a great turn out to the funeral...."
