An obscene hand gesture produced by splaying the five fingers of each hand and rotating one hand so that both middle fingers lay parallel to and opposite each other. The middle fingers are then waggled back and forth as if to suggest erect penises bobbing around. A sly way to say that someone is either gay or has a sexual perversion.
