What is Ear Cheese?

When one has larger gauge piercings in the ears; the white, smelly cheesy substance that can be found on the jewelry. It it made up of dead skin cells and shampoo/hair product residue.

A whitish-yellow, hardened, noodle-like substance that builds up over time in empty pierced earring holes.
