Eastborough Edit Meaning

A small city of 1,500 inside the East Side of Wichita Kansas. Often thaought of a neighborhood but it isn't. Eastborough has it's own police force and is famous among Wichitains to have a 20 mph speed limit and cops coming down all the streets every 30 mins. The East Side is much more afluent then the West Side of Wichita. Last year 100% of crimes here were speeding.
