What is Easthole?

A person residing on the East Coast of the United States who is perceived to be an asshole. Commonly used by employees at a large West Coast airline to describe the workers of an East Coast airline which said West Coast airline merged with in recent years.
My trips were much better prior to those Eastholes screwing with my seniority.
