It then involves a crip' like motion in which one foot's heel remains on the ground, and the other is behind it on the opposite side with the toe to the ground, and the person keeps this position and jumps forward at least 3 times and ends with a two foot stomp.
The eastside stomp involves variations of the crip' walk.
