Younger(20-something) evangelical Christians who think for themselves, are far more flexible than their parents, and tend to be politically independent. They vote for the candidate, not the party; eschewing litmus tests like homosexuality and abortion.

The echo-angelicals represent an important swing-volte in the 2008 Presidential Elections. Republicans can no longer count on their unquestioned loyalty.
