What is Eddie Joke?

a joke that if it were to be told in the right context with the right timing would actually have a chance at being considered laughable, or for at least a disappointing chuckle. named after a master of telling badly timed, worded and carried out jokes.
ex of eddie joke:
"what is this, some kinda bowling alley?"
(joke said 30 min after group left the bowling alley)
