An expression humorously acknowledging dread or a problem, tempered with glee and cuteness. It is a portmanteau of the furry slang expressions "Eep!" and "Oh noes!", and was created by two members of the furry community on Wednesday January 23, 2008 in Prunedale, California, inspired by a California license plate which read: 3EEP035
