What is Egg Fairy?

A person or group of people that leave single eggs on people's doorsteps in the middle of the night. Usually a majority of teenagers in an area will receive eggs around the same time. The eggs have random, humorous messages on them. Rumor has it that the Egg Fairy/Fairies wear bunny ears and hop around the recipients' yards, but their identities remain a mystery to most.
Rob: Ew, I just stepped on something slimy and crunchy on your doorstep!
Jon: Looks I had a visit from the Egg Fairy last night.
