A person who has a turned up nose or a smashed in face. The tip of the nose has to either be turned upward or the person's chin and eyes stick out further than the nose.
The guy on Clerks II in Mooby's who pukes after Randal gives him shit on Lord of the Rings. He's eggnoited.
