What is Egophile?

Someone who is literally in love with themselves. They will try to catch a glance of themselves in mirrors when nobody is looking. When caught, they will say they are looking at their hair, a spot etc. They sometimes kiss mirrors, and in extreme cases, fap to their own picture. The vast majority of Egophiles are
